| Job Title: | CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ENGINEER FOR BIOPROCESS APPLICATIONS |
| DUTIES: |
Provide customers with technical direction and troubleshooting services over the telephone. Order entry and related documentation is also required. |
| REQUIREMENTS: | Minimum
of 2 years experience with analytical measurement and in-process applications,
in particular pH, dissolved oxygen and conductivity. Experience with troubleshooting
bioprocess instrumentation, fermentation equipment, cell culture bioreactors,
dissolved oxygen sensors and other end-user instrumentation would be advantageous. Must have good communication skills and a demonstrated ability to explain and discuss complex devices and operations to people with little or no scientific background as well as to those with extensive knowledge. Basic computer skills are desirable. B.S. in Chemistry, Biology or related science is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience. |
