Job Title: CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
JOB SUMMARY: Provides customers with administrative and technical support over the telephone.
DUTIES:

Creates and utilizes effective and efficient systems for responding to customer inquiries and needs. Promotes and provides excellent customer service. Answers telephones, provides troubleshooting services, receives purchase orders and inputs order data into company databases.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service. Must have excellent communication and organization skills and have a demonstrated ability to multi-task. Basic computer skills are necessary. A science and math background and experience or knowledge in gas flow would be a plus.
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
